The Opportunity: In this role you will: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including load calculations, ductwork design, and energy efficiency Understanding of power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and emergency power (generators/UPS) Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to ensure systems fit within the architectural aesthetic and structural constraint Manage Contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
