Registration Specialist I Location: IU Health West Hospital – OB/GYN Department Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview: The Registration Specialist I plays a key role in supporting a positive patient experience by facilitating smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the OB/GYN department. This role is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, pre-registration, and ensuring accurate demographic, financial, and insurance information is collected and entered into the system. The ideal candidate is dedicated, dependable, patient-focused, and thrives in a lighthearted, team-oriented environment. Onboarding & Growth: - Training: New hires will receive structured orientation with a Team Lead for approximately 6 weeks, followed by reverse shadowing.
