Nursing Supervisor-Evening Shift - ( 260002HT ) Description The Veterans Home at Holyoke is seeking an experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills for our Full-Time (40 hours/week) Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor (RN III) vacancy. The RN III is the third level in the series and candidates will assume supervision and administration of unit staff. We are looking for candidates who model a positive and professional image that emulates the Home’s mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with coworkers, all while promoting teamwork and sharing information useful to achieving desired results. In addition to staff supervision, the RN III is also responsible for providing overall exceptional patient driven care and support to our veterans. The successful candidate will support, educate, direct and guide the performance of other RN, LPN, CNA and administrative staff, while communicating information and subject matter expertise in a clear and constructive manner.
