Construction Manager

Coho Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities in Kittery, Maine. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The Construction Manager will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): - Review drawings, specifications, and RFPs for constructability and compliance with field conditions. - Participate in and coordinate project meetings, including pre-bid site visits, preconstruction conferences, QC meetings, schedule reviews, and final inspections. - Monitor construction progress through site visits, contractor reports, and QC documentation. - Review and provide recommendations on contractor submittals, schedules, safety plans, and QC programs. - Manage contractor RFIs, change requests, and provide technical solutions to unforeseen challenges. -...
