Maintenance Technician Non- Exempt: Reports to: Operations Manager: Location: 1919 Jacintoport Blvd Houston, Texas 77015 The Maintenance Technician is a key role responsible for the hands-on execution of maintenance activities across the facility. Their primary function is to ensure that all physical assets, equipment, and systems remain in excellent working conditions to support continuous operation. This involves performing routine preventive maintenance and executing emergency repairs with a high degree of technical precision. The technician is accountable for adhering to rigorous safety and quality standards, managing their assigned tools and inventory, and providing expert troubleshooting for complex technical issues. By ensuring equipment reliability, this role is essential for minimizing downtime and maximizing the longevity of company assets.
