Job DetailsJob Location: Laredo, TX 78041Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Masters DegreeJob Shift: AnyJOB PURPOSE: Endeavors is seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinician who is driven to make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to diverse populations across the community. The Clinician will provide treatment to clients with mental health needs within the Community Behavioral Health Services Department and have training and experience in trauma-focused treatment and evidence-based practices. The Clinician will be proficient in providing individual therapy and have experience with, or the capacity to work with, couples, children, adolescents, and families based on program needs. Responsibilities also include supporting clients through referrals, scheduling, continuity of care, and access to appropriate services. This role may provide services across multiple programs, populations, and funding sources in alignment with organizational needs, client demand, and grant or contract requirements.
