Job description

Assist and support Manager Accounting-Tax & Compliance Team and Supervisors in the Spain Statutory team with audit and tax related matters related to the Spanish business operations of MVWC’s legal entities as this position is part of the Audit, Tax, and Compliance (ATC) Team for Spain. This position’s responsibilities will include performing all tasks in a strong control environment. Work together with Finance and Audit, Tax, and Compliance (ATC) Team for Spain. CRITICAL TASKS: Job Functions: - Assist, prepare and provide accurate complete supporting documentation for the audit for the 3 Spanish entities. - Assist with the Intercompany (IC) transactions processes including Transfer Pricing validations and documentation, IC recharges including invoice back-up and analysis of all services. - VAT Basis compilation and reconciliation to Spanish GAAP financial statements, SII and VAT returns. - Provides supporting documentation and back up for the Corporate Income Tax filing. - Ensures that the guidance and instructions from Supervisors in the ATC team, Manager Accounting Tax & Compliance and Associate Director Statutory & Tax are followed.
