What we offer: Responsible for learning the skills necessary to assist with plumbing installation and maintenance, daily quality control activities, following facility housekeeping objectives, ensuring assets are properly maintained and company policies are understood and followed under close and constant supervision. - Work-life balance - Career advancement opportunities - A great manager and/or team - A compelling work culture - A sense of purpose Principal Duties and Responsibilities: ‡ Learns trade from lead man and takes initiative in performing tasks. ‡ Serves and supports lead man in completing tasks at hand. ‡ Assists with installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution, and waste water disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. ‡ Selects and inserts precut pieces of copper tubing and fittings in holes as directed. ‡ Connects tubing and fittings using solder paste, or solder and torch, to form drain and water lines under close supervision. ‡ Keeps worksite clear and clean from debris and trash. ‡ Helps to keep shop and vehicles clean. ‡ Assists with paperwork involving basic math skills.
