Overview MSA Professional Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead and execute change strategies that drive successful adoption of key initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure changes are clearly understood, effectively implemented, and sustainably embedded into the business. This role is based out of our Madison, Baraboo, Des Moines or St Paul offices and can be hybrid or fully onsite.
