Position Details: Title: Director, Global Finished Goods Quality Department: Quality Reports to: VP, Global Quality (VP, Customer Care interim) Location: Can be based in most US states, Mexico or South Korea Job Classification: Remote FLSA Status: Exempt Job Band: Executive Job Summary The Director, Global Finished Goods Quality is responsible for ensuring Carhartt’s finished goods uphold the brand’s promise for world class durability. Specifically, they are responsible for the execution of the quality component of finished goods from handoff through bulk production. This will be through close partnership with the Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations and Quality integrity teams. They will play an integral role in the business relationship and production process of finished goods vendors by ensuring conformance to requirements, driving the strategy and adherence to process controls and supporting correction action plans when issues arise.
