Job Description As part of our journey to transform ourselves and elevate H&M through our company strategy, we have recently established the Strategy, Innovation, and Business Development function. The purpose of the function is to accelerate our company strategy ambitions and collaborate across business functions, to simplify and create clarity for teams working towards our common direction, while ensuring effective steering and governance of strategic priorities to deliver on long-term strategy. Strategy Team focuses on securing a clear common long-term direction and strategic plan ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization on what to deliver on. WHAT YOU’LL DO: As Strategy Development Manager, you play a key role in shaping the strategic direction at group level.
