WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job description

- Provide leadership by efficiently coordinating and executing workflow throughout the warehouse, while prioritizing safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction in alignment with facility goals. - Serve as a visible leader within the Cold Crew, fostering positive relationships with staff and upholding company culture. - Advise and participate in employment-related decisions including but not limited to hiring, promoting, and/or terminations. - Prioritize, supervise, and direct various warehouse tasks, customer requests, and allocate the necessary labor to fulfill those tasks. - Determine if overtime is necessary and seek additional approval from management as needed. - Supervise, manage, and respond to incidents, injuries, and near-misses by conducting follow-up investigations and logging reports into the safety tracking system. - Participate in the corrective action process and address interpersonal issues for team members as they arise while seeking guidance from upper management and HR when necessary. - Supervise and continuously improve labor efficiency through coaching, feedback, and training initiatives. - Approve timecards, a...
