We are currently seeking applicants for part-time and casual qualified Health Care Workers in Aged Care. You will ensure that people accessing Beechworth Health Service will experience a person-centered approach with respect to their needs. Provide Initial and ongoing assessment of the client/resident in collaboration with other personal care workers and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure that an individualised plan of care is developed for the client/resident.
