Job Description: The Connected Commerce Accelerator role in North America is responsible for leading the North America Connected Commerce agenda , translating enterprise growth priorities into integrated customer, channel, retail media, and digital shelf strategies that drive market performance and accelerate eCommerce growth. This role serves as a strategic integrator across Customer Development, Marketing, Retail Media, and Supply , ensuring connected planning, disciplined execution, and data ‑ driven decision making that maximize customer impact, portfolio performance, and long ‑ term value creation . With Connected Commerce targeted to deliver 100% of our global Mars Pet Nutrition’s growth over the next five years, representing 30% of global PN sales by 2033, this role will be a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation and value creation. This role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected.
