Annual salary: up to £37,000.00 Multi-skilled operative (voids and planned works) Location: Birmingham Contract Start Date: 1 July 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £37,000 + company van and fuel card with additional opportunities for overtime. About the Role: We are looking for multi skilled operatives to join our team in Birmingham. These are dynamic roles where you’ll be responsible for carrying out multi-trade works across social housing properties.
