Senior Consultant Hybrid, Bucharest, Romania: JOB OVERVIEW: As a Legion Senior Consultant, you lead the evolution of our implementation methodology, learning from our experiences. This role also ensures that our Consultants are achieving a level of consulting certification that promotes the goals of our customers, as defined within a statement of work. This is an individual contributor role that is focused on leading the customer to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency. During implementation, you will be configuring, testing, delivering the system and supporting customer training. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Sr. Consultant Core Activities: - Promote the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology and implement approaches that support Agile standards for cloud delivery solutions - Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, leading all implementation project phases - Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer success - Configure Legion products according to the solution blueprint - Provide configuration reviews and config...
