As an HR Business Partner at Fujitsu, you will be supporting our Netherlands business, covering the full range of sales, delivery and support functions. You translate the HR-strategy to the business and help define the people priorities. You’re a strategic thinker and capable of translating strategy to tactical implementation and step in on an operational level when required. The most important themes are strategic workforce planning, talent development and performance management. We are currently undergoing a transformation in the Dutch organisation and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can support this journey with confidence, creativity and professionalism. You will work closely with the local HR team and the wider Benelux HR organisation, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers across our Sales, FSAS and Delivery teams.
