About the Role: Job Summary A Professional Services Recruiter is a talent acquisition expert who specializes in efficiently placing top-tier candidates in hard-to-fill vacancies and key leadership and executive roles across industries, including IT services. Their responsibilities encompass a higher level of strategic involvement including market research, hiring manager consultation, targeted search, comprehensive assessment, negotiation expertise, and market insights. The Professional Services Recruiter will work collaboratively with Managers and Executive Level Leadership to ascertain long term organizational needs and will play an integral part in the preparation and implementation of effective recruitment program(s). This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates, advances the NGHS brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process.
