Project Manager About this role: We're seeking a Project Manage r skilled in planning, manpower forecasting, and budget management to collaborate directly with clients and ensure top-tier safety and quality compliance. Your expertise will drive project success, timely completion, and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: · Participate in project hand-off with pre-construction team. · Prepare and track project deliverables, including submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules and project close-out documents. · Develop and maintain project schedules.· Establish and manage project budgets to ensure consistent successful financial outcomes. · Effectively manage construction activities including coordination, layout, manpower allocation and conflict resolution. · Perform detailed itemized take-offs. · Create, manage and negotiate project scope change proposals. · Create, manage and track RFI’s.· Ensure compliance and adherence to all company policies, including all safety and productivity guidelines. · Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams to ensure all project goals are met. · Perform other related duties as required.
