What will you do?: This role requires you to provide individually tailored assessments (including mental health assessments), psychological interventions and counselling services to participants of the Workforce Australia Services employment services program Responsibilities and duties in this role include: - Provide services via telehealth or video counselling for our remote clients. - Provide vocational guidance, skills training, including goal setting and problem solving. - Engage in case conference with internal business units to ensure the continuation of care during the client’s engagement with the service. - Provide advocacy and referral to external services. - Provide support and assistance in organising job capacity assessments for job seekers with Centrelink. - Provide telephone crisis assistance and post-placement support t...
