We are currently recruiting for a Labor Law Spe cialist - 12-month FTC to sit within th e local market tea m, based in our Madrid office . You w ill be working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers at a local and EU level to support the business. This is an opportunity for someone with solid expertise in employee relations and Spanish labour law to play a key role within UNIQLO Spain's growing HR function. You will oversee ER casework, Works Council relations , and collective negotiations, while advising managers and leadership on complex employee matters to ensure full legal compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder retail environment .
