Job description

As a Hospitality Concierge Coordinator, you will offer administrative support for IDEXX Hospitality including its core functions of event planning, catering, dining , bus iness support and concierge services. This position will have a heavy focus on activities in the World Campus Conference Center (WCCC) and concierge services . This highly visible, onsite role will ensure high-quality service, excellent operational efficiency with Hospitality’s goal to “Create an Experience, Leave an Impression” for all customers. The Hospitality Concierge Coordinator provides administrative support for all Hospitality services while reporting into the Hospitality Technology & Digital Brand Manager . Th e position hours would be Monday - Friday - 7:00 – 3:30PM and working onsite 5 days a week at IDEXX Headquarters located at One IDEXX Drive in Westbrook, Maine.
