POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Distribution Center Operations will oversee operations within our Weekend shift (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) of a regional distribution center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role will involve managing, both directly and indirectly, team members and supervisors, coordinating workflow, and addressing any operational issues that arise during the shift. CORE FUNCTIONS: o Lead, develop and motivate shift employees. o Set goals and provide shift direction.
