The Data Operations Program Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating key data operations programs in close collaboration with development teams and functional leaders, ensuring the delivery of impactful, data‑driven solutions. This person will drive the creation and adoption of productivity tools, applications, dashboards, and reporting that support Control Systems and Software (CSS) Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and European Support Functions. This position will also champion data quality and consistency, developing processes and integration workflows while using analytical tools to identify productivity gaps and recommend enhancements that elevate overall performance.
