As a Medical Director at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in driving medical initiatives within project teams, guiding strategic direction and decision-making processes, and offer expert medical and scientific guidance, leveraging therapeutic expertise to inform project development. What you will be doing: Providing strategic medical leadership and guidance on project teams. Offering expert medical and scientific consultation throughout project lifecycles. Ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in medical and safety monitoring activities. Representing the Medical Affairs Department in business development initiatives.
