Overview: **This is a Full-time 40 hours a week position Day position. HemeOnc Cellular Therapy Unit (HOCT) L2WB Infusion Room The Inpatient Registered Nurse Infusion Room Team Lead is an engaged and credentialed member of the Professional Nursing Organization and is responsible for autonomous practice directed by the professional tenets of practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist and transferor. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and to continuously monitor and evaluate practice to ensure safe passage of patients that is in the best interest of populations served. The Infusion Room Team Lead ensures safe, timely, and efficient chemotherapy administration by performing chemotherapy checks, managing scheduling and throughput, supporting staffing needs, and serving as a central clinical resource for providers, schedulers, and nursing staff.
