Pool Monitor (Non‑Lifeguard) – Part‑Time, Seasonal We are hiring five (5) part‑time Pool Monitors to support on‑site coverage at the community pool. This is not a lifeguard position. Pool Monitors provide a visible presence to help ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment for residents. Coverage is required seven (7) days per week, with monitors scheduled in rotating shifts to cover the following hours: Location: 5333 NW 132nd Ave, Portland, OR 97229 - Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM - Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM Benefits Summary -: - Sick Time Off/Holidays Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a consistent on‑site presence at the pool area - Monitor pool and surrounding areas for safety, rule compliance, and general order - Perform random foot patrols of the pool and adjacent facilities - Enforce community pool rules and organizational policies (Pool Rules & Etiquette) - Address concerns professionally and escalate issues as appropriate - Provide resident escort services to parking areas when needed Additional Notes: - This role does not involve lifeguard duties and does not include water rescue or swim monitoring - Position is part‑time and sea...
