Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Headquarters in Norfolk, VA REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - Ten (10) – Fifteen (15) years in program management of DoD/Navy IT or C4S systems - Program Management Professional Certification Certifications: - 8570 certification: IAM Level III. Education: - Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Master’s preferred) Clearance: - Secret. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee execution of cybersecurity operations, Risk Management Framework/Assessment and Authorization (RMF/A&A), and compliance tasks. - Develop and maintain management, task, and quality assurance plans. - Ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met. - Lead lessons-learned and process improvement activities.
