As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership Building Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing: Job Duties: - Perform basic and complex building maintenance related tasks and know the proper technical requirements and methods needed to complete these tasks, for both inside and outside areas of all company plants and satellite structures. - Do maintenance tasks involving cutting, fabricating, and welding, general repairs and construction, heavy moving, snow removal, concrete work, painting, cleaning/stripping/sealing floors, etc. - Operate and drive construction equipment, tractors, trucks, lift trucks, snorkel, scissor lift, WAVE, etc. - Organize and assign work according to plant priority. - Support Ops Excellence, Lean and Continuous Improvement activities and initiatives. - Coordinate and train current and new team members. - Must be able to function as a project leader. - Function a...
