Starting Wage Range: $22.36/hr. - $29.00/hr. Job Summary: Responsible for resident medication administration. Duties include medication administration, assistance with activities of daily living, housekeeping, social-recreational activities, delegated nursing tasks, occasional meal preparation and service and other duties as needed for resident well-being. Essential Functions: - Adheres to and conveys the philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents. - Safely administers medications as ordered by client’s medical provider and in accordance with the Medication Administration Record. - Provides appropriate documentation of medication administration and services as indicated in regulation and policy. - Reviews assignments, medications, and delegated nursing tasks with supervisor. - Reads staff communication records and maintains familiarity with resident records as required. - Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (ADL’s), environmental orientation, assistance with treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence. - Provides services as indicated on resident treatment and...
