Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Marshfield, Wisconsin: Company: I-State Truck Centers: Scheduled Shift: M - F, 8:30am- 5:00pm CST. Join I-State Truck Center at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Marshfield, Wisconsin. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Associate to support our growing operation. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of parts through receiving, stocking, shipping, and order fulfillment. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment—critical to ensuring employee safety and inventory accuracy. Job Duties: RECEIVING & STOCKING - Receive, inspect, unpack, sort, and label incoming shipments. - Identify and reject damaged items; document shortages and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies. - Submit freight or product claims as needed. - Accurately bin stock orders according to part number, vendor, or other predetermined systems. - Use computer systems to receive purchase orders and print labels. - Notify Parts Counter staff when customer orders arrive. - Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of incoming...
