About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Investment Analyst as part of the Corporate Plans Investment Team in Investment Solutions for Wealth & Investment Management. The Team’s responsibility is to support the named investment fiduciary for the Wells Fargo Employee Retirement Plans, including the Wells Fargo & Company 401(k) Plan and Wells Fargo & Company Cash Balance Plan. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in institutional manager research, investment due diligence, multi‑asset portfolio design, and qualified retirement plan oversight. In this role, you will: - Support the Team in all aspects of its responsibilities including but not limited to oversight of investment managers, adherence to the Plans’ objectives, and evaluation of plan design. - Perform initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of third-party investment managers (mutual funds, CITs, SMAs, etc.) consistent with established procedures. - Play a key role in initial due diligence, including sourcing and evaluating new investment managers and ensuring process quality and integrity. - Complete structured ongoing investment manager reviews using both qualitative and quantitative criteria, includi...
