Team/Role Overview: This role is in the Legal Issuance Solutions team supporting the Global Issuance businesses. The team works closely with the product structuring and trading desks in London, New York and Asia, providing essential partnership to the product lawyers supporting those desks, as well as to business management and, where applicable, sales teams. The team act as an important partner to provide advice and assistance at all stages of the structured product lifecycle, including assisting in the structuring of transactions, managing the trade execution process, advising on regulatory matters and drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation of all types.
