Description Summary/Objective: The Operations Manager oversees the operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Lead the manufacturing facility to safely provide the best solutions and service to the Supply Chain and the customers. Define current and long-term objectives for safety, service, quality, and employees and deploying resources effectively. Establish and communicate clear goals, strategy, and deliverables. Support and foster a high-performance work team that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. Exercise sound judgment in the execution of your job responsibilities. Pay will be based on experience.
