Title: Senior Product Designer Salary Range: £58,000 - £77,500: Location: Remote, anywhere in the United Kingdom. The role: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the next stage of Isla’s product experience as we continue to grow. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex product problems and collaborating deeply with cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and our clinical safety officer, you’ll play a key role in improving UX quality across the platform. You'll be the voice of the user across Isla and will be helping simplify complex workflows, strengthen discovery and research practices, and ensure we build thoughtful, user-centred experiences in a highly regulated environment. You’ll help to create the conditions for great design to happen: advocating for strong UX thinking, improving design practices, and ensuring design remains an enabler rather than a bottleneck as we scale.
