This position is focused on strengthening our leadership framework, providing added support and strategic direction to our Operations Managers while driving our operations to the next level. About the Role: As General Manager – Operations, you will oversee the performance and efficiency of our manufacturing, distribution, and processing departments. You’ll work closely with our Operations Managers and Logistics teams, providing strategic direction, guidance, and hands-on support where needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving systems, driving performance, and leading from the front.
