Computer User Support Specialist The Opportunity: Support day-to-day remote technical aspects of product operational data to identify diagnostic issues in enough detail to determine if the root cause is hard war e or sof t war e. Apply specific functional knowledge , including working and general industry knowledge . Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees. Work with engineering and production staff supporting non-networked IT equipment. Support the engineering community with CAD and CAM application support.
