Position Overview: Tract is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Energy that will be stationed at Tract’s headquarters in Denver, Colorado or one of its hub locations in Seattle, WA or Northern VA. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel in the Company’s legal department. The position is a highly visible role that includes hands-on, frontline work across the organization and externally in the execution of large, industrial land projects, utility interconnection, and energy supply transactions nationwide.
