Position Overview The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Supply Chain is a high-impact leadership role within the finance function and is responsible for the financial stewardship of Duluth’s end-to-end supply chain. The position will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A and will serve as a strategic partner for the Supply Chain team, translating complex operational data into actionable financial insights. You will partner directly with Supply Chain leadership to drive profitability, optimize capital allocation, and ensure financial targets align with the organization’s long-term growth strategy. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer.
