Description PromptCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy operations in Louisiana and Mississippi, responsible for the supervision of pharmacy personnel as well as the oversight, management and safety of pharmacy operations including compounding, dispensing, scheduling, purchasing, distribution and regulatory compliance. This person may also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for state licensing as need. The ideal candidate will work with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and drive innovation and growth and differentiate PromptCare’s competitive positioning with referral sources, payor and manufacturers.
