Must have: Preferred: Clinical experience such as a foreign medical doctor, RN, PT, OT, etc Ideal candidate will have both coding and clinical experience - 3-5 years of Inpatient Coding experience - Inpatient Coding certificate required CCS, CIC - Needs to be a multitasker - Pivot quickly - Needs to be tech savvy - Needs to be able to research Job Description: Coordinates the daily activities of staff and information systems activities of organization departments. Assesses and monitors staff productivity through standards and metrics to optimize performance and increase efficiency.
