The Administrative Director exercises management responsibility over the business and operational activities of a small to medium sized department, unit or business process. This individual is responsible for establishing short- and long-term goals and objectives in line with Mount Sinai Health System as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and city regulatory agencies. The Institute for Health Equity Research (IHER) is a highly collaborative, mission-driven institute dedicated to transforming the future of health and health care. Our multidisciplinary teams share an inquiry-to-action philosophy, turning research into meaningful, real-world impact. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Administrative Director who will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. This leader will help shape and support our research operations, ensure our internationally recognized faculty can lead innovative projects that influence clinical practice, inform policy, and drive equitable health outcomes.
