Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer (Embedded Developer) based in Indianapolis, IN. The Senior Firmware Engineer (Embedded Developer) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware for electronic locks and access management systems. They will lead technical execution across firmware architecture, device drivers, protocols, reliability, and automated test/CI, partnering with hardware, software, manufacturing, and QA teams to deliver robust product releases. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $120,000 - $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
