Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Trainee provides mental health assessments and psychotherapy services to help clients overcome social, emotional and mental health challenges to enjoy a greater sense of well-being. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct Care Services: Provide psychotherapy services within scope of expertise to individuals, couples, families and groups. Services include but are not limited to: individual therapy, couples or family therapy, group therapy, in-home therapy, diagnostic assessments and other assessments or direct services as trained or qualified. Maintain full caseload equal to no less than 70% of time allocated for psychotherapy and/or other billable direct services.
