POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Inline Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The Inline Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough visual and dimensional inspections of products and components throughout the production process to ensure compliance with Vertiv's quality standards and ISO requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior quality inspection experience, a keen eye for visual detail, and proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement in support of plant-wide performance goals. - Perform visual inspections of in-process and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications. - Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and tape measures to verify dimensional accuracy of parts. - Review and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and inspection plans to carry out accurate assessments. - Document inspection results, including defects and non-conformance reports, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel. - Support r...
