Overview Amyx, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Program Control Analyst who is a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting. Under limited supervision, the Program Control Analyst partners with program managers and operations to provide program control support across programs and business divisions. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: - Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate analytics in collaboration with FP&A - Create, monitor, and update Estimates at Completion (EACs). - Serve as a liaison between operations and administrative support teams on financial, staffing, and contractual matters. - Perform variance analysis for Revenue, Cost, and Gross Margin. - Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as needed. - Collaborate with Contracts to understand funding alignment and manage 75% funding notifications. - Lead monthly program reviews alongside operations. - Contribute to program management efforts, including planning and financial forecasting. - Maintain a cust...
