Job description

As a Sourcing Recruiter supporting AWS Cloud Storage and Analytics org, you will own the full sourcing lifecycle for highly specialized engineering and technical roles across leaders. You will partner closely with Recruiting Business Partners, Recruiting Managers, and senior technical Hiring Managers to build proactive talent pipelines — with a particular focus on Software Development Engineers (SDE), Cloud Hardware Development Engineers (CHDE), and Systems Development Engineers. To fuel continued growth, we are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and engaging top passive technical talent across some of the most competitive and niche hiring markets in the industry.
