Position Summar y: The primary responsibility of the production floor clerk is to assist in the packaging and shipment of prescription orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role also supports inventory management, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and addresses shipping-related issues to facilitate smooth operations on the production floor. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Pack patient orders and accompanying paperwork into envelopes, boxes, or coolers with ice as needed. Address shipment-related issues using the shipping solution software. Assist with processing daily purchase orders. Help organize and store supplies appropriately. Support the retrieval of supplies from the warehouse and their transfer to the production floor. Maintain workstations and ensure the production floor area is clean and organized. Perform additional duties as assigned.
