Job Title Surveyor Job Description Summary Job Description: Position Title: Surveyor / Analyst: Department: Hospitality - Valuation: Reports To: Partner: Location: London: The role is specifically in our London based hotel valuation and advisory team which forms part our valuation service line. The team works alongside a wider EMEA hospitality team of over 60 people providing hotel sector advice across three main service lines: capital markets; development & operator selection; and valuation & advisory. The team covers the UK and provides advice on a range of hotel types from limited service to luxury resort hotels. The team acts for a range of clients including lenders, investors and owner operators. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analyst looking to join a specialist team operating in a fast paced and dynamic market.
