Senior Project Engineer - 266944 UGL is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) with Oil & Gas experience to join our Kwinana-based team, supporting critical E&I projects at BP Kwinana . We are seeking an experienced engineer who enjoys working in brownfield operating environments and can provide strong technical and project leadership across a diverse portfolio of electrical and instrumentation works within the resources sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical and administrative aspects of projects to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery , meeting both UGL and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and uphold UGL’s safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety systems, completing risk assessments, and leading by example across project teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and best practice engineering requirements. - Provide technical leadership and engineering support across the full project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, commissioning, and MDR compilation. - Collaborate with multi-discipl...
